New Board Members Join Infinity Métis Corp Board
Infinity Métis Corp Board would like to welcome two new board members, Tim Dyck, and Dianna De Sousa, to the IMC Board.
Tim Dyck is the owner of Best Culture Solutions, Inc. in Fort McMurray. He helps employers have the right talent in place with recruiting, human resources, and career transition services. He also helps job seekers find a fulfilling career with resume writing and interview coaching services. Tim was recognized as the 2018 recipient of the Bowie Sustainable Leadership Award for building leadership capacity in a
5000-person organization. He also received the Council Commendation Wildfire Medal for assisting in the evacuation of Fort McMurray during the 2016 wildfire. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary.
Dianna De Sousa is the Executive Director of the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce.
She is a senior leader with proven experience across multiple industries, including Hospitality, Telecommunications, Food Manufacturing and Construction, working across geographic locations including Europe, the Caribbean and North America. Her strengths include a broad range of business functions, including Process, Operations, Customer Service & Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Marketing, Public Relations, and Media Management. Dianna has a passion for serving her community and has been a board member of the Rotary Club of Fort McMurray for the past year and a Rotarian for over three years. She considers it a privilege to serve the business community of Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo. Dianna has a BSC in Math and Computer Science with honors from the University of the West Indies, and a master’s in business administration from the Edinburgh Business School.
The IMC Board looks forward to leveraging Tim’s expertise in employee management and Dianna’s experience and expertise in the business world to help drive the IMC forward. Additional changes to the IMC Board include Peter Hansen and Doug Golosky stepping down from their positions.
