What is IMC’s Pathways to Learning Program? 

The Pathways to Learning Mentorship Program (PLMP) is designed to provide members of the McMurray Métis Local (MML) 1935 Community with the opportunity to explore education and career possibilities while gaining insight on how to chart a career path and connections for future employment. 
Successful participants may have an opportunity to gain permanent employment within Infinity Metis Corp, MML, or with one of Infinity Metis Corp’s Joint Venture Partner Companies.  
Successful applicants of The PLMP will enter a 3-month paid Intern/Menteeship (actual work weeks) with IMC. 
The PLMP is broken into 4 key areas that are referred to as the 5 Phases of the program: 
  • Phase 1:  Human Resources Department
  • Phase 2:  Finance Department
  • Phase 3: Operations Department
  • Phase 4: Business Development
  • Phase 4: Final Evaluation & Program Wrap-up
